Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate a return process. Once the item is returned, we will proceed with your refund.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Veslyra is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost to you.
CUSTOMS
Veslyra is not responsible for any customs fees incurred once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimates:
- United States: 5-12 business days
- Canada: 8-15 business days
- United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
- Australia: 5-12 business days
- New Zealand: 8-15 business days
- Rest of World: 8-15 business days
Note: This does not include our 1-3 business day processing time. All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs or clearance processes.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that for some shipments with free shipping, tracking information may not always be available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”
For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us for assistance.
